Quick Reminders:

  • The common areas (pool, stairwells, elevators, etc.) are the responsibility of the Condo Association. To request maintenance in one of these areas or to report a non-emergency issue, please submit a request.

  • Individual condo units are generally the responsibility of the Owner (or your Property Manager). Owners are responsible for reviewing and following the Architectural Remodel guidelines, and ensuring all repairs are completed by qualified and licensed contractor.

In Case of an Emergency:

  • For emergencies like Fire, Health or Safety, you should always call 911 and they will assess and dispatch the appropriate services to support you and/or your guests.

  • For a building emergency (for example, a burst pipe, water dripping from the ceiling, open flames, sparks from an outlet or electrical panel, etc.) please call AND text both the Community Association Manager (CAM), Pamela Elia at 941-920-1096, and our Head of Maintenance service provider, Justin Carrol at 321-432-1371. Please be prepared to provide the following information:

    1. Brief description of the emergency

    2. Date and time the emergency was identified.

    3. Location where the emergency is happening.

    4. Any other relevant information that may be important to ensure this emergency can be quickly addressed and resolved.

  • Canaveral Towers Management will do our best to acknowledge all non-emergency maintenance requests within 5 business days. If for some reason you don’t receive a response within 5 days, please don’t hesitate to reach out and contact Justin at 321-432-1371.
